Used be my weekly go-to for my bean cheese burrito and beef burrito fix. Last time I wnet the drive through girl insisted they do not serve beef burritos. Wow since when? I asked. Since forever, she insisted. Of course they don 't answer the phone when you call for a manager... I guess its Tortilla Factory for me from now on. And why can 't they keep a permanent staff, anyways?

The food was OK here, but the staff was amazing! They were constantly working, very polite and the restaurant was immaculate.

I normally don’t go here often but today I had it and I ordered the chicken quesadilla and the nachos. The quesadilla is good however the nachos are not good all of the chips are soggy and it’s hard to eat and not good at all.

Generally always consistently bad food but you know I go here occasionally hoping it will get better so what does that say about

They are never open on time. I have constantly been waiting several times because they never open on time. Theres not even any emploies there when it says they are supposted to be open.
