Read these reviews.30 minutes in drive through with 3 cars after sitting at a car hop station for 15 just to never be answered. The owner should be Embarrassed to own such a poorly run restaurant. This is not the first poor experience here but it will be the last.This is the first review I've ever left on a website. But this place needs to see this one.
Must be a lot of turnover here because the service varies from slow to ice age. Other Sonics seem to be faster.
Ok so In Texas, we 've been over Covid for a while now so seeing that excuse pop up on this review is absurd. I have worked in the service industry for 15 years and have never had such a bad experience. Flat out rude and I get that they are short staffed and have probably shut down the ice cream machine 10 minutes before they close but there is a way to apologize and verbalize in a polite manner that information, rather than apathetically implying tough luck. I 'm now at whataburger having to wait in their long line because the staff decided to close one of their MAJOR money makers and feel their time and getting off earlier is more important than the company making money... I asked them if corporate would be ok with the way they handled the situation and she asked me if I would like the number for them! So I called her bluff and said yes, go ahead and give it to me then she changed her tone and asked what I wanted as if she wasn 't paying attention in the first place. The sheer audacity and apathy is why I won 't ever go back to this location. If you aren 't going to do your job to the fullest and properly, then why are you even employed there? Hands down a reflection of management and how they run their store.
