Al Cacciatore - Saccolongo

In a simple atmosphere we found and tried with satisfaction this trattoria in the countryside of Saccolongo, near the fraction of Creola. Nice owner. Tryed an excellent starter, sliced mixed cutter and cheese. Two tasty first dishes (especially gnocchi with radicchio and sausage). Good grey Pinot. Coffee. Reduced prices. Come back, why not.

I've been there for a business lunch. The menu included 2 first, 2 seconds, a little contours. I took dumplings (probably packaged and hard enough), mixed salad (at least the vegetables were fresh), 1/4 of wine (unbeatable), water and coffee 8 euros (for which price more than honest)... The disappointment was the quality of food. I don't think I'm coming back.

I stopped at lunch for a business break. I ate bigoli and cod. Very good quality. Local quite cold and I think too high: 30 euros for water, first and second from the menu at lunch in Saccolongo is not justified.

Good osteria. Nothing unforgettable but cmq the Venetian dishes can do them well. They also have a very supplied bar. It is located at the foot of the creola bridge, you can then take a stroll of 10 minutes to the villa caretta to digest

Very kind and attentive staff, excellent outdoor location under the pergola, dishes cooked well and very tasty. We'll definitely be back.
