Bidrage med feedbackGeneral I visited L’ Osteria with colleagues at noon. The first “L’Osteria” opened in Nuremberg in 1999 is represented by around 60 restaurants in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The recipe for success is very simple: in the L’Osteria, fresh quality cuisine is offered at moderate prices, the ambience is very appealing and the service convinces. In Saarbrücken, L’Osteria has been offering pizza and pasta in typical Italian style since June 2014. Environment The ambience is very welcoming, “clean” loft style with a rustic interior, the kitchen is open, transparency creates confidence, you look back and forth in the kitchen and can see the cooks in their craftsmanship that they master – as much as before – perfectly, literally over the shoulders. If I had not eaten the evening with my favorite pizza, I would have ordered the promising pizza, so I decided from the well-stocked menu. The ingredients of all dishes were of 1a quality. The pizza that comes to the plate in the L’Osteria is “short” tall, looks around the plate, a XXL monster that can hardly be created by good eaters. So I could snore a piece with my colleagues. The very tasty dough is very thin and only a few minutes in the 300° baked C-degree hot stone oven, the tomato sauce of the pizza is very sharp, the coating with very good ingredients is not so lush that would also be too much of the good during the XXL collection of pizza. the pizza floor is extremely crispy and not due to the coating due to the short baking at high heat. Also my choice was able to convince the noodles of their own production of orchids; the little pasta eggs, as I love, were boiled al dente, covered by a nice creamy, picant crushed mascarpone lemon sauce with a strong knonote, between a little hard dosed a few meat fillets, lean, delicate and pleasant in taste, with still fresh paprika and all. I drank a San Pellegrino 0.25l to 2.50 € and a Chardonnay 0.2l to 4.25 €, well tempered, nicely juicy, dry, full and round. Service We were served by a young pretty service power, super friendly, refreshingly uncomplicated, a small hard drive on legs, without making notes they took the various (we were too eight) food and beverage orders, extremely attentive they always looked past the table with us and wondered if everything was right. You can only congratulate the restaurant for such an intimidating service – by the way it is called Anna-Luna and naturally gets 5 stars. Conclusion: good Italian cuisine, highly recommended pizza in XXL format, appealing ambience and super service. I'm back.
This is not my first time in L’Osteria, but I must mention that my friend and I had a great experience in this particular place. The staff offered the pizza for us and someone also brought an additional side table for our dining room convenience. Our food was served warm and hearty.
Fantastic food and service!!! We had a huge pizza with rocket and parma ham for just €13, 75! Very friendly staff. The weather was good, so we sat on the terrace during the noon. Definitely recommend!
Very fast service. The pizza is huge and absolutely delicious.
