Baan Thai - Saarbrücken

It is a small thai snack in the pedestrian zone. who is more than expected will be disappointed. the individual dishes are prepared and kept warm in boxes. the taste of eating was good (I had the red curry), but not exceptional. the portion size was somewhat under the average, but not so low that I would have starved after that. the food was warm lukewarm. looking for a steaming hot meal should look for an alternative. the price-performance ratio is halfway ok (6.90 € for a small part red curry). the available space is limited but sufficient. with more than two people it becomes difficult to sit on a table. positiw I found the vaccination was asked. generally for a snack as long as they do not have too high requirements.

The ladies handling the store were really impolite. When we tend to choose the menu, they some kind of push you to order very fast and then when you politely request them to give you a little time they juts make faces! I would rate the food 3/5. It was nothing special!

I've never eaten as bad as I've been there. We had ordered duck with curry sauce and vegetables and waited for half an hour. The meat was completely dry, as repeatedly warmed up, the vegetables TK-goods were only briefly warmed, the sauce undefined and the food un seasoned. The only thing you could eat was the rice and that for 9,50 €. We gave it back, really bad.
