White Spot - Saanichton

We were in a hotel in the neighborhood and decided to try this Whitespot location. We were greeted with a friendly smile by Elisha and invited to the lounge area. Your attention to detail was great. She wiped the table and dried it... so we wouldn't put our arms on a wet table! I was impressed right away. Our server David then came to the table and he was as charming and friendly. He made some excellent recommendations and enjoyed his job. He also looked at detail and ran to a customer who had difficulty getting his keys out of the ground. David took the keys and accompanied the man outside his vehicle!!! Who does this today?! Our food was delicious and hot. We enjoyed local beer and even caught some hockey highlights. We would recommend this location to everyone. We were so glad we stopped here.

Leaving work on a Friday, long week, so ordered some meals from this whitespot, over Skip and the driver stood half an hour later. Just like we came home. All right, that was until we had the meals inside and discovered half missing....Called whitespot and after the second attempt, came through a girl who apologized for the mistake, then informed us that there was no manager available to deal with it, and that because the jump delivered, whitespot basically wiped off her hands from it. When they asked if they had prepared the order to give the driver, they realized they missed the rest of the order, but did not give any solutions except that their manager should call the next day. No offer to appreciate the value of the missing amount back to us, or to deliver offer. We have left the impression that everything was too hard and they were not too interested.

Now, we went to this white spot today, but unfortunately can not give a review of eating as we had to leave after we didn't sit. it was a rather strange experience, I mean, it was on 2 on the afternoon, the place was half...empty, they had many waiting staff, but instead of a normal experience it was, "let them see me where we could sit" (empty tables all around) and then she never went back. waited there for 10 minutes, eventually asked another person, was said “they try to find out”. literally over 10 minutes of this bizarre behavior before we just left, went over the street and had a perfectly normal restaurant experience. I know this is saanich and not the big city, but you have to play your game on a basic minimum service if you want to stay in business.

The best thing about Whitespot is the spaghetti I don't know what they're in, but it's lovely. I've never been disappointed with the white job. It is a staple from B.C they also have a great breakfast menu... I enjoyed a nasty hearty breakfast, my dad calls it the Heart Attack breakfast because of the portions.

Looking for some fall off the bone ribs we had tried another restaurant and were sadly disappointed. White Spot was what we were looking for. My wife found the sauce a bit too spicy but I liked the flavor. One of our favorite restaurants.
