I went ahead and selected it so that when I placed my order through the drive-through all I would have to do is have the drive-through employee scan the barcode within the app and the $2 would be deducted..... When I got to the window the offer could not be located anywhere within the app even after the drive-through employee tried to scan QR Code .... There has been a few instances that this has happened and I don't know why even after closing the app completely and then reopening it the offer was still gone..Subject: Drive-Thru Wait TimeThere were about 5 cars in front of me however the line moved rather quickly.Subject: Drive-Thru Employee CSThe younger male employee was extremely friendly, helpful, enthusiastic and deserves recognition!!Subject: To Wendy's Leadership SuggestionI wish the Wendy's employees at your 8310 Rio San Diego Dr, San Diego, CA. I always come to this location because they are not usually busy, and they always get my order right. I have never dined in, but the drive thru is always very fast, especially with a mobile order. They are always ready to go.
I regret going inside. Don't make the same mistake.Only one person handling dine-in orders, including order, pay, fries, and service. When I arrived there was only one party in front of me, yet it still took over 12 minutes to get my order.The dining room was a mess. Floors were filthy, tables un-wiped, and the self-service soda machine was out of Coke and Diet Coke. I went back to the counter to ask for salt and pepper; the one employee working the counter looked around frantically for a few seconds before I told her not to worry about it.I understand that everyone's short-staffed these days, but if you don't have the staff to keep the dining room open then please just close it rather than subject us to the disaster I went through today.
This location is a fail. Same guy taking orders is also handling food without washing his hands or changing gloves. Doesnt acknowledge customers.
Waited 20 mins for our order in dine in , and we were the only people there. Hmmm we got our money back but to bad we couldn't get our time
