The food was excellent but the service was slow at times. The reason for this appeared to be because they were very short-staffed and for that reason gave a 4 star for service. The few staff we saw or helped us were hustling all evening. The menu has been pared down significantly, even when being able to order off the Urge menu as well. Hopefully TBR menu will have some additions soon,!

When you go to a wine restaurant and order a bottle of wine, you expect the server to understand how to serve wine! We were not given a taste after opening the bottle and she didn't leave the cork so we had to drink the whole bottle before leaving. This used to be a wine restaurant; not so sure any more!

The food was delicious, but a little pricey for the tiny amount you got. Waitstaff was great, and the ambience was nice.

CLOSED forever. All liquor has been moved to Urge a few doors down. The website is still active. Don’t even try.
