They can’t wrap burritos to save their life. I ordered twice through the mobile app, and the burrito fell apart. Not only that, the burrito was super cold and soggy. Seems like they microwave their food. Idk man.

I took my grandson to Ribios on Scripps Poway Parkway yesterday for lunch.Our meal was wonder as you would expect.However what happened afterwards shows the quality and character of their employees.It had been an trying day, things seemed to be going from bad to worse. I left my purse at the table when we left. I didn't notice for approximately 30 minutes layer what I had done. I called Rubios and they had it. Everything in tack.The manager, Jackie, went out of her way to make sure I got my purse back.I can't say enough gratitude to the employees. Thank you again.
