I got myself the Grunge hot dog plus cream cheese, bacon, and added fried onions. Did. Not. Disappoint!! It was a great snack for those late nights after dancing at Flick's. Went to Mateo's almost every week when I lived in San Diego. Now I just try to go every time I'm visiting. It's the perfect snack after a long night out and I appreciate him. I would go crazy dealing with drunk people after Richs, but kudos to Mateo for having patience and making some damn good hot dogs too!
