Chipotle Mexican Grill - S San Diego

From the moment I entered this store, I started to feel very bad because the service attitude of the store staff was very poor. My friend and I ordered a lot of things during the ordering process because we wanted to take them back to share with our friends. But they probably thought there was so much to eat between the two of us. One of the clerks started looking at us strangely, with a very obvious mockery on her face. She even told her colleagues that we were funny. Later, a different clerk served us, but her attitude was still very impatient. There were three clerks who served us during the whole process, and their service attitudes were very bad. All in all, this is the store with the worst service I've ever been to! This affected my mood throughout the day and put me in a really bad mood! I will never visit this store again!

This place was completely disgusting food all over the tables, trash overflowing. Fresh Aguas machines not on and looking dirty. I can’t believe chipotle would allow this. I hope I don’t get sick off the food if the place was dirty what about their kitchen.

Great meal...very tasty...great price. Though lines long staff work tirelessley to serve up yummy meal! Thanks you Chipotle.

This was my first time coming inside this chipotle and the customer service was bad/unprofessional. When we first walked in they was just all staring at us and the two girls at the beginning was just talking and looked at us and continued talking so we waited a few seconds till they finished talking to help us out. We picked the ingredients we wanted in our bowls and the girl that was bagging ask us something but we didn’t really hear her and she was just standing there and I said that’s all and she angrily slid our bag to us. Also, we couldn’t hear a thing the cashier was saying. Lastly, their drink station/utensil station was just a big mess. Overall, my first time experience was bad.
