Cool place with chill vibes. Def recommend Strawberry pancakes!! Hidden gem is the toast with the butter cream and jam, it was so yum!

We wanted to like this place, but there were many issues we looked over before we had to walk out. To start out, it took so long before someone greeted us. When the server finally came by, it was just to “check” on us..but we hadn’t even ordered drinks. We ordered everything at once and repeated it back multiple times and then 20 minutes later we still don’t have our drinks. After that, the waitress comes up and tells us she didn’t put the order in. They tried to claim it was due to internet outages but the couple next to us just ordered and the people who ordered after us all got their food. All the while we still don’t have the coffee we ordered. After paying for parking and sitting there for over half an hour with just water cups with lipsticks stains all over them, we left and went somewhere else and never to return here.

All the flavors of french toast are amazing!! S’mores french toast and oreo pancakes were the favorite! great service and cute environment!!

There's a reason why this place's rating is so high: everything is amazing ? itself really hard to choose as they have so many great options. I had the Cluck Madame and it was delish definitely get the potatoe upgrade!Their (bottomless) café de olla was tasty too, went great with the dishes. Our server was really sweet and friendly, I'd totally get brunch here again any time!

A fantastic little breakfast spot if you're in the area. Excellent coffee and chai latte. We had a wonderful breakfast experience on both days we visited, with top-notch service. Highly recommended.Vegetarian options: Try out ginger walnut cake!
