Bay Horse Inn - Ryedale

Great menu options. Starters, mains and desserts were,without exception,delicious. Friendly and expert staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Great atmosphere. Despite being busy it did not feel at all frantic. Really enjoyed this visit here.

We have visited The Bay Horse before and always receive a friendly welcome. The food is always well presented and fresh. Service is good with a good choice of menu, wine and ale. We will certainly enjoy and look forward to visiting from time to time in the future.

Had a fantastic Sunday lunch in this wonderful country pub. The roast beef dinner was amazing with a great selection of seasonal vegetables, roast chicken really good and I absolutely enjoyed my beef bourginon pie. Desserts were brilliant too. I must also compliment the friendly staff and it was nice to thank the chefs. Super meal!

The Bay Horse is truly a hidden gem. Recently renovated, this restaurant is a superb place to dine. Privately owned, the warm and friendly atmosphere is evident from the moment you step inside. The bar offers a wide selection of beers and wines to choose from. The staff are incredibly pleasant, and the menu is diverse and of the highest quality. We couldn't find any faults with our experience, and we highly recommend making a reservation as it can get busy. Excellent location, delicious food, and impeccable service - what more could you ask for?
