Unfortunately, nowadays it is a rare thing to go out and everything is perfect within a restaurant, from my experience something is always wrong or horrible. Even places that come highly recommended seem to strike out with consistency. This place was the complete opposite, we came to celebrate two beautiful occasions, we were sat right next to the bar and for a Thursday this place was very busy. As busy as they were, the wait staff were so attentive, our water was always filled, and we constantly had someone check to make sure everything was going well which it was. The food was amazing, from the fried pizza to the Cacio E Pepe was made to pure perfection! Their panna Cotta was also made to perfection, the attention to detail is what really caught my eye, I've been in the food business longer than I like to admit, and this is the quality and consistency every Executive Chef strives for. Cheers to the entire staff who really made this place shine.... Really busy restaurant, with nice ambience, but the service suffered as a result. There were lots of servers running around (literally one ran up and then down the length of the restaurant) but it wasn't clear what they were running around for, as we couldn't get their attention, and so sat drinkless during our main course. Similarly from the kitchen, the Di Manzo was still running with blood, a sign they didn't have time to rest it properly, and the Ragu felt under seasoned (but couldn't get any additional seasonings from the servers).
