Schultz definitely goes above and beyond with customer service. My family isn’t big on take out food. I can take a night off without cooking, and keep my family happy thanks to the amazing homemade food here.

Today was my 1st time there I'm so glad I went. Bought several different dishes to try all of them were delicious. Their baked beans tasted just like my Mom's did growing up.

This place is a hidden gem in Rutland, my boyfriend and I have been visiting weekly for a few months and continue to come in for takeout during this quarantine. We're big foodies and this is hands down the best breakfast food, it's hard to find anything that comes close. The homemade corned beef hash is to die for and prices are very fair for this quality and the portion sizes!

This was my first trip to Schultz's and I had no idea what to expect. I'd just walked a section of the nearby railtrail with family and was ready to eat. Portions are generous, and the local produce excellent. I had a Mac Cheese with pulled pork. Others had ribs. The portions of pork were generous and delicious. This is not fine dining; it is not a franchise eatery. It is the sort of honest, country place for locals and visitors that offers good value and real homemade fare. There aren't many places like these left, and we are poorer for it. In the shop, the selection of meats was very tempting, and the smokehouse was in operation while we were there just the thing to whet the appetite!

Hands down the best breakfast I've ever had! I ordered the Sausage Biscuits n gravy, it was absolutely delicious! It came with biscuits, sausage gravy, either a homemade beef patty or sausage patty (I cant remember which lol), homefries and 2 eggs! This is now my breakfast spot! Worth the 45min drive from home for sure!
