Chipotle Mexican Grill - Rutland City

Does management visit, oversee, or care about this place at all? Every time I’ve ordered from this place the meat is very dry… today it was burnt. No exaggeration. Burnt black and made everything else taste nasty despite removing it from the tacos. Sometimes the food is partially unwrapped. Also, about 50% of the taco was sour cream…. Gross. Evidently, very few if any people working here care about customer satisfaction or have any pride in their work. This food is disgusting sometimes. I’m done giving this place chances. Show some pride/work ethic. If this place doesn’t improve I honestly hope it closes down. Management needs to get their act together and monitor the what is going on here. Train your employees.
