Bidrage med feedback9 in our party in assuming this was their titles by the way they acted. manager Scott and hostess Debbie were less than professional. Swearing and using language that was not meant for diners to hear swearing infront of us and young children,then continued after we were seated right beside them. A 6 top came in right after us and they did the same thing to them. Started with they can be seated in f-ING Hell way to go Applebee's they should be FIRED NASTY NASTY. TOLD EVERYONE I KNOW THEY WERE APAULED. On a better note our waitress was amazing. I will be calling corporate.
It was a very pleasant experience with our waitress she was very friendly. The prices were very fair and the food was better than expected.
Stopped to get our take out order and was given the wrong order. Thankfully I noticed before leaving the parking lot so I went back inside to get the correct order and waited until I didn't want to anymore so I grabbed it myself. I can just about guarantee that they didn't remake the order that I was given even though it left the building in my hands not being my order. The food was definitely not as good as it should have been the ribs were burnt and I found a large sliver of a bone in the meat too. I don't think I will be getting anything from there for a while.
Ordered ribs, which were very dry. My husband ordered the blackened chicken, which he couldn’t finish because it was dry and over seasoned. That being said the staff seemed unprepared and very confused at times not paying attention and we had to ask for soda refills and water refills. Told the waitress about our food and she said that the cook is new. That was it. Over $60 down the drain.
Just went there and the waitress was really nice and the food is always good, my food came out in no time and it was all nice and hot everybody helps each other and the managers are amazing (we love dawn she’s always so pleasant to see and very welcoming, the best manager they have) thanks for always a great experience!Vegetarian options: They have labeled menu items for anyone with gluten allergies and vegetarian options just look for (GF) or (V) for those options, of course they can’t be 100% sure if it gets cross contaminated with other products just like any restaurant but they do pretty well on making sure nobody gets sick from eating there.Parking: When they’re SLAMMED of course you’ll have a hard time finding parking but there turn overs are usually pretty fast and successful so once someone is done with dinner they’ll leave and you’ll get a parking spot, just be patient.Kid-friendliness: all the staff are usually pretty good with kids, we all have our days but it’s not the kids it’s usually the adults that are worse lol.Wheelchair accessibility: The door is leveled with the side walk for easy access for any kind of disabilities.
