No, do not come to taste the dishes expertly prepared with products at km 0; no, do not come to taste the delights that the chefs offer you; no, do not come to relax in the beautiful structure with exposed stone vaults that will welcome you to your entrance. But if you're just passing through Rutigliano you can't stop at Azetium because you'll miss a first level sensory experience. With its kitchen and with its exposed products you will taste the dishes of our traditional Apulian cuisine. And then yes, you will definitely come back, as I will do to taste the pizza. Recommended.

Beautiful cosy location, also nice furnishings attention to detail, I celebrated my birthday, special and tasty dishes. The cake made by them great, rabbit top!

Nice place, nice staff and first of good quality. Overall it is a good place where you can spend a day with relatives or friends. The restaurant has a very nice and well maintained outdoor area. We'll be back.

On July 7, 2022 we celebrated my son Paride's first birthday and we were completely satisfied! The location was what I was looking for with a fabulous garden and really great food! The owner is an exquisite, professional and empathetic person! On that day he brought rain and until the last one was in doubt if we could have dinner outside but the owner made us courage ensuring that he would prepare plan B! So it was, we spent the first part of the party out at sunset, very beautiful, at 23 then started to rain and without even noticing in a few minutes they had prepared a table from 40 people inside the restaurant! It's not such an impeccable service! The menu then appreciated by everyone! You deserve so much success and we will definitely see you again! Thank you, thank you.
