Service is okay , I highly recommend employees to wear hair net there. As I found a hair on a twisted bagel I ordered today!

Came in for a macchiato, but I like to add adjustments to mine. When I asked for said adjustments they just flat out said no. Pretty rude and incompetent. Was literally just replacing x for y but whatever. Went to Starbucks where they gladly accommodated????????

Walked in and it was empty. Asked for cold bagel with cream cheese and it took more than 10 minutes. People arriving after me got faster service. Asked for a refund and they refused, insisting I wait even longer for them to make it.Update: The bagel was hard and stale. Certainly not baked this morning.

It’s your run of the mill Dunkin’. Clean and most staff are friendly but be weary, you’ll be questioned if you ask for a utensil such as a fork after you paid for your order. After being question, they’ll then give you the complete opposite as it is deemed that you do not need what you’re asking for. The way that they act you’d assume for every untensil they give paying customers they’ll deduct 5 cents from their pay. What a joke!

The milk used to make this drink was expired and they still used it. This is unreasonable and the worst I service I have seen.
