The fish and seafood courses are more individual and independent than the two main courses we get served from the omnivore and vegetarian menu. But overall it can be said for the entire menu: the classical-French foundation is not to deny, but the dishes also show creative, modern and independent approaches, all of which are mature, harmonious and effortless. This gives me the pleasantly luxurious feeling of leaning back and enjoying me.
The menu was mega tasty, the staff really well played! The ambience very stylish, it was worth its price!!!!

Was the first time in the ammolite and am thrilled, super tasty food and despite the small portions we didn't go hungry home.The staff is very friendly, you feel immediately comfortable.
Ammolite is on my list "needed to visit" since last I was in the Europa Park at Hotel Bell Rock back in 2017, so for our visit in December 2022 we decided to treat ourselves and book a table. From the moment you go through the door and are greeted by the friendly service team, you know that you will be in good hands. The restaurant itself is beautifully opulent, representative of the experience you are going to do. Once you have taken your place, the experience begins with the arrival of some beautifully presented Amuse Bouche, as you pass through their impressive wine card. After choosing our wine and the menu that we have, it is essentially an overfall of taste for the next 3 hours. I lost the number of delicious courses we were served competently. Some of the highlights for me personally were the incredible Cod court and the Wagyu Beef, they were absolutely sensational. Even the bread was an impressive experience in itself, and it wasn't just food, it was theatre. The service is undoubtedly some of the best I have ever experienced, and the whole team was clearly passionate to give the best possible experience and that they certainly did. They were a well-oiled machine that delivered perfect service, competent. It is not to deny that this is not a cheap experience, but I would say that it is worth the money. The passion, skill and imagination that has gone into this incredible culinary adventure must be experienced personally to fully appreciate it, as no review will ever do justice.
