Pizza Hut - Russell

So apparently the deep fryer wouldn't start at 4 PM this evening. The manager called me and told me this and offered to either reimburse the money or give me something different so I chose something different, My order arrived a little late, but that's nothing to be complaining about if their deep fryer is not functioning properly. But it turns out they finally got the fryer working and sent it out. Not only the food that I requested as an exchange for the nuggets that I was originally going to get. But I also got the nuggets as well. Thank you, Pizza Hut, you're in Russell. For not only being cooperative for going above and beyond to support your community.

We were passing thru town on a very long road trip. I was able to make a call ahead order so we could be on our way quickly. The sweet lady who took our order was so accommodating. Our pizza was ready and piping hot when we got there and we were able to eat and get back on the road. Such great customer service and everyone was so friendly and helpful! even gave us to-go cups at no charge.

So I just went here to pick up an order in Russel Ks ! They have 3 or 4 guys sitting and I ask them to cancel my order since I got it for 7.30 and they can’t do it in 15 min ! They must be busy !

While on a roadtrip, we got pizza and breadsticks from this location. It was by far the best Pizza Hut we’ve ever had! That’s saying a lot considering we can’t eat cheese.Thank you!!

Went in to get an Italian pizza to go and the young man whom was working was acting as if his job was an inconvenience and looked at me stupid for trying to order this salad. As we left the building I heard him talking **** about me trying to order the salad. Someone should educate this young man on customer service. Hopefully this review will get the young man some proper training
