Farnborough Kebab House - Rushmoor

Honestly if your looking for a nice kebab and burger this isn’t the place for you that was the worse chicken burger I’ve ever had it was basically a chicken nugget but a little bigger it was half the size lf the bun and they charged me 8 quid for it I was devastated I ordered from here if I had seen what they were cooking and offereing and not ordered online I would never of brought anything complete waste of money I threw most of It in the bin the donner meat is bang average and that’s being polite the best thing about it was the Diet Coke I’m absolutely gutted I ordered from here will never go back … kebab and burger and they serve up a chicken nugget come on man **** I had a few bites of the kebab and chucked it in the bin the only positive is that it saved me calories …. Fuming

Excellent mixed kebab, lovely chilli sause.. One of the nicest I've had in a long time.. polite service quick delivery to Travelodge..

Been coming here for years never disappointed. Chicken and Sish mix kebab is banging! Clean friendly and take card payments. Phone your order in if you don’t want to wait for it to be freshly cooked.

I would have given this place a 0-star rating, but unfortunately I have to give at least 1 star. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The last few times I ordered from this restaurant, the food arrived completely cold. Despite this, I didn't complain as I assumed they were busy. Instead, I left a comment mentioning that the food had been cold in my previous orders. Today, the food was cold again and some items were missing. When I called the restaurant to inform them, the person I spoke to insisted that the food was not cold and all items were included. I tried to explain the issue to him, but he continued to argue with me and eventually yelled, "DO NOT ORDER FROM MY SHOP AGAIN!" I will definitely not be ordering from them again and will advise everyone I know to do the same. The person I spoke to had terrible customer service skills and the owner should consider sending them to a training course.

I've been visiting here (now and again not every day! for more than a decade. Salad is always fresh, meat is always cooked just right and the chips with cheese are good too.
