Asda - Rushmoor

This Asda store is fantastic! It is spacious and well-equipped with all the high-quality products you would typically find at great prices. The staff are friendly and helpful, and there is a large car park. However, it's important to note that the parking is managed by private contractors who strictly enforce charges, and there are no refunds even if you shop at the store.

This was the worst checkout experience I've had in years. It was extremely slow, understaffed, and just a truly unbearable experience. Asda really knows how to lose customers with their poor service.

I typically have no issues with getting my groceries delivered, but the past day has been a complete nightmare. I ended up not receiving most of my frozen food, and when I called customer service to request a refund, they accused me of lying and claimed that I never ordered certain items, despite having proof of purchase. I was shocked by their audacity. I will definitely not be shopping here again anytime soon.

Asda is a store that gives me value for my money the fruit veg is always fresh and Asda has a lot of products including household I do my weekly and daily shopping at this store it's open at 6 in the morning so it's convenient for me,5 stars all day long the only fault I find with the store is the AI checkouts which I don't like to use

Visited this store today to buy some Patio furniture and we were pleasantly surprised at the help and assistance we were given by the staff. In particular a young man named Jamie, who was so helpful and assisted us in getting the very large box from the store and into our car. It's very rare today to find young shop assistants who are this helpful, many thanks Jamie.
