Very nicely located in the middle of the small village ruppertsberg. deidesheim is within 20 minutes walking distance. super modern wine lounge. Tag-wlan codes then work a bissel oldschool. very friendly owner family. real family business.

Two stars we forgive for the ambience, room and also breakfast (small, but OK. The complex is really beautifully rebuilt and created, and also very clean, but....No elevator for disabled, rooms need to be cleaned/beds themselves, there were no fresh towels. On demand for cleaning power, we got no reaction!! !Aaaber, which was much worse, are the hosts (until the cook . All very impersonal, unnett and repulsive. It was not greeted or asked for the well-being of the guests. Here you have not heard about hospitality and service at the customer... We save ourselves the individual circumstances and unfortunate discussions with the senior manager and the junior... Conclusion: We definitely don't come back!!! Thank God there are many great accommodations in the Palatinate and around Deidesheim... Are you curious when similar/healthy experiences are written on this platform. Too bad about the beautiful ambience... (here, by the way, 7 people rated!!! .
