I thought I would look at the current coffee club promotion and try a free coffee. my badge did not work in register so a long heated argument that was due to the fact that it was obviously my fault and problem, not the coffee club and its clearly inadequate coupon system. Anyway, my child vouchers worked (gate? so I tried again....that it worked. no apologies or declaration made available by the rude and argumentative dame in register. terrible customer service aside, my coffee (latte was also sub par.....too weak without taste. more like frothy milk than a decent coffee....lucky it was free because I would not pay for it. my children were obviously not impressed by their hot chocolate. very disappointing introduction to the coffee club....guess I will not go back in a hurry. I'm sorry for the main office folks who put the promotion together without doubt with the aim to win new habits looks like bad performance and humble customer service on stock level will do it to fail.
The service was quick, the food was great and the staff were friendly huge contrast to the previous management here!
There were two young men by the name of Mas and Thomas, very kind, great and hard workers, lovely people.
Worst customer service compare with other coffee clubs, The staffs are bit rude rude. They should be keep same standard as others.
