Mcdonald's - RUMFORD

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to Very poor customer service If I could select to give this McDonald’s a zero star rating I would have if possible it doesn’t even deserve the one star rating I’d avoid this McDonald’s at all cost This McDonald’s has given me the worst customer experience I have ever experienced In the fast food industry I’d give this restaurant two thumbs down?? And a -5 star rating……..

Always getting orders wrong, undercooked the double quarter pounder to the point it looked like just a raw piece of meat, outright ignored my complaint which included a video of said disgusting raw burger. Only thing that's ok to order from here is a Mcdouble or hash browns in the morning. Fries are 50/50 hot or cold. Really sucks when it's all your town has for fast food. We recently had a flood that shut down most of the restaurants in town, I figured out this store was open again by calling, someone answered the phone and quickly hung it up. I knew at that point without a doubt, their staff was back and they were open. lol Their drive-thru staff are decent folk at least, but can't say the same for the rest. It might sound like I'm really obsessed with this place or something, but I'm not kidding when I say it's really one of the only places for quick food in a 50 mile area. If you're late getting ready for work, it's this, gas station junk, or nothing in Rumford. Sad facts.

No hazelnut coffee!!It's McDonald's in a small town where the closest other fast food is miles away. Remodeling as of today so only drive thru is open. Good people. McDonald's why No more hazelnut coffee : ?

This mcdonalds is always friendly and have fresh food that always taste the way it should.
