Masala Coal - Ruislip

We waited for our starter for at least 45min, although it was not so busy, but the personal was busy chatting! After we had received the starter, we had to remind them that we were still waiting for our softdrinks! in the main they forgot to bring the briani we had to remember them again. eating was cold and taste less and the service was terrible. in any case never go back there and would suggest to anyone before they waste their money and time!

We were quite rushed to our table as it is a 2 hours round, the appetizers were nice, but the nets were tasteless and we had to send back

I would not recommend masala coal. I was not able to make a booking directly with the restaurant, despite the call at five separate locations, since the staff were not able to confirm large group bookings without manager registration and no one ever called me back. at the end I booked over opentable for their maximum six guests, and hoped that they could press the rest of our party in the night (which they did as the restaurant was very quiet). eating was very good and we had some interesting cocktails. However, the service was bad and at 11 o'clock we were asked to go as they closed. the personal actually turned out all the lights while we sat at the table to finish our drinks! it is a canvas, as the restaurant beautifully decorated, comfortable and eating was good. but I will not visit again or recommend it due to the difficulty of booking directly and the involuntary service.

. the waitress constantly swung around the table to command and to get scary, and gave no room for talk. very chic and unpleasant. the service was ok. we have been calculated for a tree planting service that should be completely optional but has been added in the bill. will never go back to any event

We went on Saturday evening, got there and didn’t have a table for us (even though we’d booked in advance). All the chaats look the same and taste similar We asked for mild food for the kids but they couldn’t accommodate. Lots of servers but all stood around not serving. Not a huge amount of choice for vegetarians. We left hungry and came home and ate (even though it cost us £30 a head with no alcohol) Definitely won’t be recommending it or going back.
