Ruby Express - Rugby

This restaurant is absolutely awful. I ordered food and it arrived burnt and moldy, making it inedible. I vow to never order from here again.

I recently placed an order and paid for it online, but received an email stating that the restaurant had refunded my order. I won't receive the money back in my account for 5 days! I decided to walk to the restaurant to see what had happened, but they were closed. Both Google and their own website stated that they were open and accepting orders and payments. This was my last bit of money in my bank until tomorrow, so now we have no dinner tonight. Thanks a lot.

Ordered 4 dishes for less than 22 pounds with free prawn crackers (order over $15)...those are in good portions so its worth the money. Beef and chicken are tasty and you don't smell of frozen food as usually found in takeaways. I visited this shop by chance and its a good surprise that I really enjoyed the food. Fried rice and fried noodles are above average in my opinion....as a Chinese. There are many Asian takeaway shops around that area and I just found out why this shop has the highest rating from customers on Google map. Well done

I deliver fresh produce to these, they are very nice and friendly, and clean, they cooked me food for my troubles, and it was very nice

1st visit and I'm coming back. I had vermicelli noodles and crispy chicken wings. I was surprised at the choice of container for the noodles but it worked well, kept them hot. The portion sizes are very generous, thoroughly enjoyed it.
