Kaspa's Desserts - Rugby

I had a problem with my Uber Eats delivery last night, so I called the restaurant directly. The manager was very sorry that I had been charged but did not receive my order. They quickly served me my delicious waffles. The staff was friendly and I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

The customer service at this restaurant was incredibly terrible. I waited for an hour for my food while others received theirs before me. I would not recommend going here as they seem to be reluctant to work.

I visited this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon for some cookie dough, a hot chocolate, and a tea, which came to just over £20. We decided to come here instead of going to the rival company "Creams" because there was a wider selection of choices here and the prices were slightly better. The variety of cookie dough options was great, and the hot chocolate float was a fantastic idea (where you get to choose which flavor of ice cream goes in your drink). The restroom could have been cleaner, and the service at the cash register could have been more friendly, although the service at our table was excellent.

I have no dairy allergies but the food made me very sick constantly throwing up. DO NOT GO HERE Also a very rude place too everyone was very rude and stupidly expensive for a desert place.
