Octonia Stone Brew Works - Ruckersville

This place was a hidden gem. It had a great variety of beer, doggies to pet, and Atari to play. Loved it.

Was there for the first time today and I just have to be honest. Single worst brewery I have ever been too. All of the beers tasted the same and not remotely close to what an IPA should taste like, they shouldn’t be sour (had three ipa’s). The vibe was weird and wanted to leave, so I had to force down the beers because I did not want to return a full flight of “beers”. What seemed like regulars took up all the bar seating (which I prefer if available) and some were loud on a personal FaceTime call. Two other guests walked in and I noticed they were also annoyed with the same FaceTime and they didn’t finish their drinks and left annoyed. Seems like the only clientele are regulars. Only redeeming quality is the gentlemen behind the bar as he was very nice, welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Been going here for ever a year and my wife and I have become regulars . Jeff and Tina are the best! There is always something new to try and you are guaranteed to make new friends and connect with the community. This place is everything you could want in a locally owned brewery.

Wow Octonia was a super cool place on the inside. It was quite a small venue, but the variety of brewed beers they offered was impressive. I was there on a week night so it wasn't too busy and everyone from the patrons to the employees were super chill and friendly. Would definitely recommend!
