Nashe Bistro opens for lunch on weekdays and serves three main dishes with three sides, a soup and a selection of salads. Usually only one main dish is vegan, but the sides and salads too. The staff is super helpful and they have no problem preparing a vegan version of vegetarian meal for you if you either call before or ask on site. For example, they offered filled paprika, which were normally with cheese on the top to prepare without them, they also made fresh rice for us when the potatoes were with milk. The food is really delicious, there are free water and you pay per weight, which is perhaps a bit on the expensive side, but still reasonable. Beautiful decor, clean and many seating.
