Starbucks - Royse City

Today was that day. When that venti cup is over 7.00 and the inside has two inches from the top. The pistachio latte was terrible. The drive through had a girl who acted like it was a bother to do her job which was hand us drinks. Just all around needs an overhaul.

Service was bad every time they make a drink for me. I can taste the other drink that was made prior to making the drink I purchased and I hate it and some of there employees are not so nice you have to ask for a straw and they act as if you said something wrong.

Not crowded, busy with orders, friendly. Nice clientele.

No one in this establishment has any customer service. I don’t want to say it’s a skin color thing even though for the second trip there that is what it seems to me it is. However no greeting when you come in. The staff only cares about what they have going on. The atmosphere is stale. I gave them a second chance because I believe in second chances. But this is horrible!!!Dietary restrictions: I can’t have cow milk so I have to get soy milk

This team is killing Red Cup Day! I came in about 7:30am today. They’re cool, calm, collected. The service and friendly vibe didn’t lack even though they’re swamped! I got my first red cup ever! Thanks RC Starbies! ??
