Wahlburgers - Royal Oak

Literally the weirdest experience. My food is cold and I ordered a drink and then the worker forgot it and made it seem like I was getting a free drink . Also the worker made a rude comment under her when I tipped her when I didn 't have to tip her in the first place because they 're only open for carry out? Weird.

Watch the wahlburg show so decided to go to the royal oak restaurant very dissatisfied, the service was terrible! the girls says go sit by the window, she couldn't seat us, people were asking to sit outside they were saying, not today, however there were dirty dishes still out there on the tables from who knows when. waited 10 min. for server, finally ordered waited 45 min. for food.was ready to walk out. Had no lemonade. couldn't get refills. The help did not work together one employee standing there and couldn't help the other employee out. what a stressful time it was. sorry wahlburgs enjoy watching your show but restaurant needs some supervision. Bad experience.

My food tasted good, kids tater tots seemed to be much saltier than mine. Was not busy, but there was only 1 guy (Patrick) working the whole floor so we ended up seating ourselves. I was placing an online order to make it easier until Patrick came to take our order. He was kind, patient with our party of 6, and just overall incredible. The only reason I'm leaving 3 stars and not less is because Patrick was amazing and the food was for the most part good.

First time visiting. Wasn't worth the wait. 20 minutes for a burger and fries and onion ring's never got the onion rings. Note to self start checking your order before leaving its happening everywhere. Meat was over cooked. Vegetables were minuscule. Lettuce was wilted over ripe with blackened edges. Fries were okay but pretty much standard. $27 for 2 burgers with fries way to much. To expensive not worth it. You're paying for a name in a prime location.

Waited about 20 minutes at the front door and no one came to seat us or let us know what was going on, several employees walking around, none in a hurry. Zero eye contact to us or the two other parties waiting to be seated. Lots of tables open as well. We let and went next store to a much busier restaurant and was seated right way. Also had much better service and good food. Skip This place and look elsewhere. It's a shame because I enjoyed the show and water to try the food.
