Casella's Pizza - Roxbury Township

Hi Casella! I’ve been a regular customer, but I was quite disappointed with my recent order. I waited over 60 minutes for my sandwich, and when I called, it didn’t seem to be a big concern. I ordered an Italian chicken sandwich, but what I received was a huge bread roll with very little filling—just two small pieces of chicken and a few potatoes, and I didn’t even get the sausage I requested. Honestly, it wasn’t worth the wait at all!

Hi Casella! I order from you frequently, but this time was disappointing. I waited over 60 minutes for my sandwich, and when I called, it wasn't taken seriously. I ordered an Italian chicken sandwich, but I received a huge bread roll that was soggy and contained only two small pieces of chicken and a few potatoes. The sausage was missing altogether. This was definitely not worth the wait!
