Everything was old as under heat lamp for what seemed like all day...it was worst mcdees ever went to.

First, last week ordered a triple cheeseburger PLAIN….got home and it was a loaded burger even though the wrapper said plain. Tonite ordered 3 Macdoubles, one with just pickles and mustard )had pickles no mustard),10 piece chicken nuggets, large and small fry’s. Got home and no chicken nuggets. I had the receipt and had to drive back to get them. I didn’t think to check the bag as I was leaving. I guess now I’ll have to. Over the time I have been buying here, there have more than expected burgers not as ordered. The quality varies on how busy they are or how long the burgers have been waiting. FYI, check your bag before leaving.

Bought 10 piece chicken nuggets they tasted days old and also got a hamburger that also was not good 0 stars

Although this location is disgusting we decided to give it another shot. HUGE mistake we ordered our food and a shamrock shake asked if they could not put so much syrup she says no then I said it slower and louder she says ok. Got to the window watched her make it. It was like water hands us. Our food fries are cold and stale a handed. Her the shake back said it was way too watery. She takes it rolls her eyes. Thought she was around the corner so we couldn't see her. Took the cover off spit in it put the cover back on and they both rolled their eyes. manager came over. I proceeded to express my opinion. She blamed it on the machine after witnessing this I told her we didn't want it. If your employees cannot speak English enough to service the public, they should not be servicing the public. If any of my employees ever treated a customer like this, they would be fired on the spot. No questions asked!!! I wish we could give negative stars because this location deserves nothing

The worker was really mean to my bf. she argued that he couldn't use points and deals in the same order (angry emoji). she was very inpatient I fear and i hope her new years resolution is to be nicer because i felt unsafe. my bf is so cool and what she did was not cool. you just lost a loyal mcdonalds app user(s).
