Great place with great service. You make good cakes?

99 cents for parmesan cheese! Not only that you didn't make $0.99 of me because I didn't buy a cheese you'll never sell me another pizza. Not sure how you think you are coming before this deal

I don't know if today is a holiday but even if it is this is the worst experience I've had. it was a 50 minute wait when this place is literally a 10 minutes from my house, which I don't mind waiting but then my pizza comes cold when it arrives garlic knots don't even have cheese in them. very upset. the one star was for my wings because they were free because of my point and wings were alright.

The worst customer service at the Rowlett, TX Pizza Hut. Two weeks ago, I ordered dinner for my family, 2 hours later I called to inquire where our pizza was and they said oh, it 's on the back counter waiting on someone to deliver it . Last night I ordered dinner and told them I should have a discount based on the previous service, she stated you don 't, do you still want the order? . Then I receive a call from someone claiming to be the manager who stated she needed to run my card again because the system was down. I said no because the transaction had already debited my account. I asked why she had such an attitude with me and I reminded her that I was the customer and I was telling her that the charge had already debited my account. When I asked to speak to the manager she told me she was the manager. The call disconnected and I didn 't get a call back. After a few minutes, I call back and ask to speak to the manager and the girl that answered said oh is this , I said yes and she said I need your cc info. I asked to speak to the manager and I 'm told to hold on and a different person came on and she stated she was the manager. So now I 've been lied to and the other manager is talking in the background and says forget it give her the pizza. Well guess what..., I was charged for the pizza and it was cold.

The meals and service were beyond our expectations. We really liked the vibes of this restaurant. Superb place to take the family out for dinner.
