Hanlin Tea Room - Rowland Heights

Good place for personal hot pot. The authentic dishes and teas are delicious and refreshing.

The drinks are decent but the food is just ok. The hotpot I ordered looks and taste bland. The fried tofu is flavorless as well. Staffs are friendly and parking are plenty. Overall, it's a pricy Taiwan street food but in a restaurant. Skip it.

It seems that the workers there do not even interfere with menu and insisted to order with barcode. What about more personal service by ordering? They could also hire robots to do the work as those useless workers who do not want to be there to work. Painful experience.

Tea is great, but the food is generally okay. The service is not good. Some servers do not pay attention to what customers want / order, I have to go back and forth for a simple thing. After a year, the service was drastically improved. Tea is still great with decent food in general.
