Casa Alvarez - Rowland Heights

The portion sizes at this restaurant are really generous! I ordered the cheese enchiladas plate, which comes with 3 enchiladas, and I couldn't finish everything. The enchilada sauce had a delicious flavor, as did the beans and rice. I enjoyed the tangy dollop of sour cream on top, along with the salad and tomatoes. The salsa was thick and chunky, and the chips were perfectly thick and crunchy. The service was very attentive, and the dining room was beautiful and spacious, with many comfortable booths. I highly recommend it!

This was my first time dining here and I tried the chilaquiles with pork chili verde. I have to say, it was very good. The salsa and chips they served at the beginning were delicious. The service was great and the prices were reasonable as well.
