We came here in June 2022 to celebrate Father’s Day and my dad still talks about it a year later! Be prepared to go on a real culinary and sensory journey here. Typically, you spend 3 hours here and every second is enjoyed from the initial aperitif and compliments from the chef greeting, to the warm service by Matea or another server, to the thoughtfulness of the expert sommelier each part is perfect from start to finish. Food is exquisite. Definitely ask the staff about the history of the restaurant and they will tell you how they travel between here and their other location in Italy every week (fascinating! . As a frequent Istria visitor, I appreciated the unique and fresh twist on the quintessential local ingredients. Looking forward to another special occasion to come back!!
