In 2019 got something to say, it was not bad coming here because they did not pick up when they call! because we were! so don't come here

I had a terrible experience with my meal at Nando's. The food arrived an hour late and was incorrect and cold. It was frustrating that Nando's does not have a working phone number during COVID times. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs.

I ordered collection order from menulog as I always do and went to pick up and paid in advance. at the arrival of the manager named keetal was rude and asked me to get an isolated bag from the menulog for my order, I expainted him. I am not a delivery boy and the same has my wife told him, so I gather my own takeaway order, which he began to be unfair and racist and said menulag is a third party order that he needed as carefully delivered. I'm so upset, I don't want to have the food I got, I'm ruined

I placed my order online and waited outside to collect it. I had to wait for a staff member to confirm if my order was ready for pickup. The manager could definitely use a more customer-friendly attitude. Although my order docket showed the correct items, the actual items were incorrect - I received BBQ chicken blat instead of lemon herb, and the peri chips were cold and unappetizing.
