Cacciatori - Roure

Mountain restaurant with Piedmontese menu with some original touches. It has a familiar flare and a good service. The mixed starters are interesting and good and I had a delicious stew of wild boar. My husband had the tripe soup, something rarely found in restaurants, old Piedmont.Good choice of wines, reasonable price, large parking nearby.

We visit this restaurant whenever we are in the area and are never disappointed. The food is good and typical of the area and excellent value. The owner and staff are friendly and very efficient and the service cannot be faulted. We would definitely recommend Ristorante Cacciatori.

The food is just Amazing, traditional but sophisticated . The Staff is nice and elegant. The service is fast.

Typical cuisine of the Chisone valley. Piedmontese delicacies with the right dose of quality and price. certainly to try again.
