Bidrage med feedbackOrdered a medium-phile cheese steak pizza for 17 dollars. I asked for the steak for chicken and when I came home, it was a pure pizza with Hardley chicken or cheese on it. Never back. Rip off!!!!
I ask everyone to hear the reviews because they are all accurate. In the beginning, if possible, I would give less stars. I ordered a pizza and cheese bread at 7:55 and the email told me it would be delivered in about an hour. At 9 the tracker tells me that it has entered the door and the door Dash update tells me that it is delivered at 9:42, which is almost 2 hours after my order. I contacted the branch at that time, which was 9 and who I spoke to myself, the order had left a little before and it will be earlier. Just a little information, I live 11 minutes away from the store. So I decided to be patient and wait 15 more. At 9:30, I had no food yet and tried to call the store. No answer. At 9:36 the order updated say it was delivered at 9:08. At this point I contact the driver and they say they're just looking for my building. They deliver the food at 9:42. The pizza boxes had no safety seal and were extremely cold. I and my friend didn't eat this pizza. I had to go to little caesars for hot pizza. It was less than $10 and was hot, meanwhile I spent $30 on this place just to get cold and possibly banished food. I'm upset, I didn't get what I had ordered or expected, and finally I had to go to another pizza place for food because they can't get it together. Your customer service is unacceptable. I tried to call several times and they didn't answer. Honestly, I think about the cold pizza in the morning so that they understand that we didn't eat it. I have screenshots of trackers, email and timestamp texts from the driver to show that my food was delivered 2 hours after my order. To complete it, I have to wait 2-3 days after business management to get my refund.
Really amazing. I ordered the six cheese, pepperoni and sausage pizzas on the Brooklyn chest. The crust was to be seen with chewing and light crunch on the ground. The paprika had a nice kick, not your usual boring paprika. The sausage filled the six super tasteful cheeses. All the time I eat, I think there's no way that it's Papa Johns. This is sitting restaurant quality paired with a beautiful chardonnay type of pizza. I recommend ordering extra garlic butter. I dived almost every bite and took it to the next level taste city. Excellent.
I wouldn't know how the pizza is because I never get my pizza when I order it. I guess they're short drivers because Doordash has to deliver the orders. Both times I have ordered the driver to drop it at the desired location, but it is not my door and they never communicate with me during delivery. Instead, they take a picture of it on a bank and then steal the pizza for themselves. (Don't expect your meal when Shelby D. is your delivery driver) The PJ app does not allow enough characters to give correct instructions for delivery and the drivers do not receive the instructions from the PJ app. I called the store to let her know that I never got my pizza and during the first Vermishap, the manager was snippy with me and claimed they called me twice, but there was only a short ring and they hung up. For the second time, the one who picked up simply gave me a refund and did not try to take responsibility for the problem. This reflects badly on the company and makes me less likely to always order PJ as they can not even get the right drivers and customer service properly.
I walked in to place an order at 10:30 at night on 08/07/22 there was a guy standing inside waiting to pick up an order, the girl with glasses comes to the counter and asked what i needed and i told her i wanted to order a pizza and she got offended and told me they were closed, i was taken back by her response and i told her why and she said they were closed, i told her the sign on the window said open she said it was, i asked her what about the guy standing inside waiting on his food? She said he's a customer........so i left, NEVER AGAIN. I won't spend money here . Even if the company got in touch and offered free i will decline because i don't want free, i want regular, decent service not these people that don't want to work and be rude to customers just because they want to go home. Now on to Yelp.
