Mesner Guetl - Rottach-Egern

This restaurant stands out as being very good especially when compared to neighboring restaurants in this location. It beats other restaurants in terms of friendliness and efficiency of service. It is relaxed but still more efficient than others. The steaks are really to a...good standard and cooked according to taste. The special seasonal mushroom menu was great. Lovely ambiance in the garden area. Always busy you may want to book in high season.

This restaurant has wonderful outdoor seating when the weather is nice. It has recently changed management and the interior has been updated. Very friendly and quick service but the food is not very exciting. There are better places around to taste good local fare.

Walked along the lake to find a place for dinner and happened to arrive here. Relaxing fun and a wonderful surprise was the three piece love music. Who knew a tuba, a harp????, and an accordion would sound so fun. Food was nice too. Get...the fish.

Excellent restaurant.. the service excellent as well as the food! You should try it. I heard from a friend about it. And will definitely visit again.

We ate outside here on a warm summer evening -food was really delicious, service friendly and welcoming and a very relaxed atmosphere. There are several restaurants along the lake front in Rottach-Egern and this one is definitely worth trying.
