Café Max I. Joseph - Rottach-Egern

We were just here for a little stopover and very surprised. Really very nice staff, all fresh and lovingly prepared! Even what I saw with the others on the plate, everything was very appealing! You're welcome.

At the end of Rottach Egern towards Tegernsee directly at the B307 is the cafe on the ground floor of the Seeforum. Interior modern/sober furnished. The selection of cakes is not huge but diverse. I have tasted the two cakes I can recommend the cheese poppy cake at the very best. The coffee (with waterglass and cantuccini) is made with love and is served by the friendly service. In summer you could also sit in front of the cafe next to the Bundesstrasse.

We stayed at Cafe Max in early February with 6 persons for breakfast. It was very tasty and plentiful. There is a wide selection and everyone finds something to his taste. The service was friendly and attentive and we felt very comfortable. We recommend it and come again.
