The Bluecoat - Rotherham

Visited 1pm today with quite a large group of friends, 20 of us. Everything was spot on, all the food was freshly cooked arrived quite quickly. Great service from all the staff. Highly recommended. Keep up the great work .

Don't know what has happened to this place, used to be one of my favourite Wetherspoons but not now. It had a negative feel as soon as entering I don't know if it is because the other spoons has now shut in Rotherham but it wasn't a good experience, the tables were dirty.tried 3 all the same we took our leave

Ordered a Tennessee burger using the app burger arrived with no Tennessee glaze sauce making it not much difference from a basic burger. The burger within was burned and tasteless and the bun it was in was also dry and fell to pieces as I picked it up. Reported this online only to be told I should have reported it to the manager in the pub. We eat often in Wetherspoons and this is by far the worst one so far. We won't be using The Bluecoat again, nor recommend it to anyone.

This restaurant is filled with groups of young people selling drugs, no social distancing in sight. It's a disgrace and should be shut down immediately.

Great choice of food and easy to order on the Wetherspoons app. Never had a bad meal there and the food always comes out quickly. It’s really good value for money too.
