Absolutely disgusted!!!! Ordered Singapore chowmein and asked for NO PRAWNS as my partner is allergic.. it came and had prawns in it. I phoned up for them to say ‘take the prawns out’ and tell me it’s just eats fault even though they are the ones making the food. No remorse at all and could of been serious if I didn’t check. Wouldn’t reccomend this place at all and the lack of customer service was horrendous !!!!!!!

My Just Eat account was hacked, resulting in an unauthorized order being placed for collection at this restaurant. Upon receiving a payment notification that was not from me, I immediately contacted the restaurant to cancel the order. However, they refused stating that the food had already been collected within a few minutes of the payment being made. I inquired about CCTV footage or a description of the person who collected the food, but they were unable to provide any information. They advised me to contact Just Eat for further assistance, but I found their customer service to be just as unhelpful as the restaurant.

I ordered online for pickup and when I arrived, the person at the counter was wearing pajamas! I ordered a special fu young dish, but the meat inside was slimy and tasted sour. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again and I definitely do not recommend it.

We have been regular customers of this takeout restaurant for a while now, but have never gotten around to leaving a review until now. We have tried many items from the menu and based on our experience, we would recommend this place to anyone. The service is consistently efficient and polite, the food is always hot, of excellent quality, and delivered within the specified time. This is one of two Chinese takeout restaurants in our area that we frequent. We are looking forward to placing our next order soon.

Used Hungry House app to order food from this takeaway, but as the hungry house menu wasn't very detailed we went to their own website to look at the on line menu. Nowhere on either menu does it say there is no rice with meals. Ours came without!! They also have a special deal if you spend £12+ you get free prawn crackers,and fortune cookies. We spent above this but when our order was delivered... no freebies and no rice. When I phoned to ask, they said that the freebie deal wasn't on Hungry House system and if we wanted that we would have had to phoned our order in. I got the impression that they knew their menu didn't give enough information and knew that folks used their own website to get more details.. so it's false advertising! The food is ok .. mediocre.. and a tad expensive if rice is not included. Their attitude was not pleasant, so we won't be using them again.
