That was the best experience I ever had today. the grains were warm for the first time, the hühnerburger was nicely warm and they were generous with the cheese. chips remained hot for the whole meal. the customer service was great. beautiful eating and beautiful staff

After ordering, service was a little slow and we we were told we could use gift cards on the app which we couldn't. However, the staff were really friendly, the food was well presented, well cooked (in a good way) and hot. The servers were very attentive.

We went last for an evening meal, polite staff, got taken to a table straight away. Didn't have to wait too long for food even though it could have been a bit quicker if it wasn't for deliveries (i.e deliveroo just eat) hence the 4 stars. The food came out hot and was very tasty. Would visit again

I celebrated my birthday with a friend, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly, the food was incredible, and our orders arrived quickly at our table. Overall, the service was fantastic, and I truly enjoyed the experience. Thank you!

Later in the evening, the manager came over to tidy our table and offered us desserts. Some desserts weren’t available, but we were still given complimentary options due to the “inconvenience.” Honestly, the manager could not have been more accommodating, and it was easy to see why the staff wore such bright smiles; the manager was just as friendly and approachable as the rest of the team. This group truly stands out! I don’t usually write reviews, but I was deeply impressed by how passionate this team was tonight. Their dedication did not go unnoticed, and it was genuinely appreciated. Thank you for providing us with an incredible evening filled with delicious food. Best wishes from Table 10!
