Charlies Pizza - Rotherham

The pizza was delicious and the fries and cheese were fantastic!

We just placed an order and were overcharged. When we called to inform them, they increased the prices and started charging for delivery. They did not mention the price hike during the phone call, they just implemented it without warning. They mentioned that new menus will be distributed in the new year, but did not acknowledge the incorrect prices on the current menus.

I never received my order despite calling multiple times. I placed my order, called again, and then waited for over an hour. When the delivery person finally arrived on foot, my son and I were starving. I was extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Amazing food which is served by the most inviting staff! Would highly recommend

So just ordered and they over charged us. So we rang up and told them and they have upped the prices and started charging for delivery. They didn't advice us that the prices had gone up on the phone. They just upped it. They said the new menus are going out in the new year. So everyone who has a menu the prices are wrong and they won't say anything about it
