Pizza Hut - Roswell

Rudest and most unprofessional dining room experience with any device ever waited 3 hours for a delivery that eventually led me to contact the store to solve the thing; I was informed delivery is not now available and my order was canceled by claims that they called the number listed. but after checking and confirming the number was accurate and I had no missing calls I asked to speak to a manager. the girl on the phone has promised to hang on me and not answer all incoming calls so I drove into the store to find all the phones out of the hook and a girl who claim to be the manager with a really bad job. she used a homophonic slur towards me “Fxcking Faggot” before another customer and the personal. She then goes on the back of the store until I have taught for her to give me her name on which she proved: “Because she doesn’t have to have” and threatened to call the cops when we left the building. humans may not be allowed to manage people if they themselves have zero class or customer service capability so bad that they refused to give their names. absolute deals and pizza hat should fire this woman immediately for the slur made to my friend and I.

Great Pizza with three topings for only $11.00 The pizza was delivered fast and perfectly made within 25 minutes. Best I have had in Roswell.

Just spoke with Amanda the branch manager. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. She started yelling at me on over the phone and asked me to answer her questions or shell hang up. Not sure who she thinks she is but pizza hut needs to send her to hospitality training or not have managers that yell at customers. One of the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Will never buy anything from this Pizza Hut again.

If you’re picking up here definitely check to make sure you have everything. I had to ask for all my dipping sauces that I paid for and was missing an item on the order.
