Lasalsa Mexican - Roswell

Apparently this place is the reason why UFOs go so far out of the way. La Salsa is worth stopping in Roswell, even if you are just going through! The restaurant is embedded in a shopping center, but they have a separate entrance and open at 7 a.m. I have two eggs with bacon, hash browns, tortilla and pancakes. Really spectacular eggs boiled exactly as I asked, bacon was crispy, pancakes were fluffy, hash browns were a style I did not use but very tasty, tortilla was huge and definitely homemade. They were even in a delicious sopapilla. I asked her to lubricate the eggs and ash-browns in the red chilli sauce, which was perfect. They have a bar with a dozen items, most of them Salsas. I got the black jalapenos and onions marinated in a soy sauce. I never had, but it was wonderful. The staff was friendly. Bathroom impeccable.

You have a salsa bar! We had a delicious breakfast. Cookies and Gravy with egg and hashbrowns is what I had. The Carne asada was delicious. That's the shrimp boy! You also have a bowl of Menudo. Prices are reasonable, especially if you see the plate you receive! You can also get a sopapilla with or without cinnamon.

I wanted to try a burrito from New Mexico as I'm here for a short time and their menu is really sky-saving for a person who loves meat I asked if they could replace the benefit for a veggie burrito and it wasn't a problem. I added potatoes, green peppers, tomatoes, onions, sour cream, cheese and lubricated salsa. This Burrito was soooooo good and fulfilling/heavy that it ended lunch and dinner.
